Why I'm not getting a signal?
1) Be sure to plug the Antenna to the back of your TV.
2) Is your TV an older TV? if it is, you need a converter box that switches the signal from digital to analog.
3) Did you try putting it outside?
4) Did you place the antenna firmly on a metal object?
5) Did you place the Antenna
vertical or horizontal? Place it horizontal.
6) Did you move the antenna from one direction to another direction? Try moving direction and rescan for channels.
Adjusting the antenna a few inches higher or lower can often improve reception. Be sure to move the antenna slowly as digital TV tuners in your HDTV or Converter Box need a little time to properly detect the signal. Rescan for available signals if you are missing channels.
The magnetic base of the ZeroHDTV antenna can be attached to metal such as a window base
(the corner beam located between the drywall), outside on a metal square pole, or in some cases it can be placed next or
attached to the back of the TV metal bracket. Turn and Point the antenna towards your local broadcast station.

Make sure your TV (Source) is set on TV and not VIDEO or HDMI
1) Press the “Menu” button
on your Remote Control
2) Go to “Setup” or “Channels”
3) Go to “Scan or Auto program”, “
5) Start the scan

4) Don't forget to include your Name, Last Name and your mailing address to where you wish to receive the refund.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number).
If paid with credit card, please provide us with the last 4 digits of your card.
If paid with cash, we will send a cashiers check.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.
How long do returns take to process?
Return processing time depends on where the package being sent from, but a general rule of thumb is:
packages sent via UPS take 7-10 business days
packages sent via USPS take 10-13 business days
